Midfielder insists fellow Brazilian would be welcomed with open arms if he left arch-rivals for the Bernabeu
Casemiro wants Barcelona superstar Neymar to join him at Real Madrid .
The Brazilian is the subject of a staggering £197million approach from big-spending French giants Paris Saint-Germain.
But Casemiro believes there is no reason why his compatriot could not complete a stunning switch to Real from arch-rivals Barca.
Speaking to Globoesporte , the 25-year-old midfielder said: “Why couldn’t he play here at Real Madrid? He would be welcomed by all of us.
“Neymar is a great player, I have admiration for him. He is well advised because his father is a great person and knows what he is doing.
“Whether he stays or leaves Barcelona, I wish him all the luck in the world.”
Should they land Neymar, PSG would shatter the world transfer record set by Manchester United on re-signing Paul Pogba last summer.
The French giants finished second in Ligue 1 last season and again failed to make a splash in the Champions League — being dumped out in the last 16 by Barcelona.
Over the course of a six-year deal, PSG would have to pay nearly £500m to take Neymar, 25, to the French capital.
