England’s clash with the Super Eagles at Wembley is one of two friendly matches taking place at the national stadium in preparation for this year’s major tournament.
After first locking horns with Nigeria at 5:15pm tomorrow, the Three Lions will then face Costa Rica at 8pm next Thursday evening.
Those games will give boss Gareth Southgate the chance to run the rule over his squad for the last time ahead of their first World Cup fixture on June 18.
England come up against Tunisia in that opening Group G encounter, before taking on Panama six days later.
Then, in their final group-stage tie, Southgate and co will battle it out with Belgium on June 28 – with former Everton boss Roberto Martinez in the opposite dugout.
Nigeria are up next, though, and the likes of Jesse Lingard, Raheem Sterling and Marcus Rashford were pictured laughing and joking in a training session ahead of that friendly this morning.
