Marko Arnautovic will join West Ham in a £23m deal, claims the London Evening Standard.
The paper claims a deal should be completed for the forward in the next 48 hours, meaning the Hammers have got their man at the third time of asking.
West Ham have had bids of £15m and £20m rejected for Arnautovic. The paper also reports that the 28-year-old’s former club Werder Bremen have a 20 per cent sell on clause as part of the £3m deal that took him to Stoke four seasons ago.
Arnautovic has handed in a transfer request at Stoke but he has three years left on his contract with the Potters.
Stoke, meanwhile, are expected to clinch the loan signing of defender Kurt Zouma from Chelsea. The 22 year old France defender is wanted by a number of clubs but has had a medical with Stoke.
He is expected to sign a new long-term deal at Chelsea before heading for Stoke on loan.
