FPF and NOVA SBE launch training focused on the challenge of identifying, selecting, developing and managing talent.
Talent is the key to success of any organization. Having the ability to identify, select, and develop talent gives organizations the competitive edge they need to succeed in a world where more and more small details can make all the difference.
The Portuguese Football Federation and the New School of Business & Economics (NOVA SBE) are launching the first Easter School “No Big Tactics without Big Talents”, focused on the challenge of identifying, selecting and developing a team of champions, whether in sport or / or in business. This training will run from April 15 to 18 divided between the new campus of Carcavelos da Nova SBE and Cidade do Futebol.
During these days the participants will have the opportunity to develop their knowledge of human resources management with the teachers of NOVA SBE as well as to analyze them in the context of a unique ecosystem of success in Portugal, the Portuguese Football Federation.
The Easter School, taught in Portuguese, is aimed at young university students and graduates who are interested in identifying, selecting, developing and managing talent. In the course of the training, the following modules will be taught: (i) Talent in the context; (ii) Identification and selection of talent; (iii) Development and management of talent; (iv) Conflict management and emotional intelligence.
